The printed version of the book is available in South Africa.
If you want to purchase books you have 2 options –
OPTION 1
1. We send you an invoice for the book or books, plus delivery.
2. Once paid, we will deliver the book to you.
(This option is slower because invoicing is only done weekly)
OPTION 2
1. We will send you our bank account details.
2. You pay the amount and send us proof of payment.
3. We deliver the book to you.
4. We send you an invoice for your records.

Cost of printed book in South Africa = R230 per book (Including VAT)
Cost of delivery = R100 per order
