Change is difficult, but not impossible

We look at two related issues in this module:
  • Transitioning
  • Effective change
Transitioning:

A good leader leads out of their identity or DNA. If my DNA is different from the person who led the team before me, if I do not deliberately and skilfully transition the team to my own DNA, within 18-20 months the team will hit the proverbial wall, and within a year of this happening I (as the leader), or the team, will fail.
